Norfolk CVYS has been established since 1973 and is an independent registered charity that acts as a network for voluntary youth organisations working within the County of Norfolk, England.

It is managed by a Board of Trustees who are elected annually from and by the membership.

Our Staff team comprises Mike Tingley, Development Worker; Julie Eldred, Finance & Training, Jane Wilmot, Clerical Assistant and Ros Czarnowska, Workforce Development Officer.

Mike is the development worker and helps with the development of new youth groups in the county, providing support to existing groups. He visits new and existing youth groups, and represents the sector at county and national level. mike@norfolkcvys.org.uk

Julie administers the training programme, takes bookings for courses and liaises with training providers. She is responsible for the organisation’s finances, including accounts and invoices. julie@norfolkcvys.org.uk

Jane processes membership applications and handles queries; she administers the Norfolk County Council small grants programme and processes Criminal Records Bureau checks. jane@norfolkcvys.org.uk

Ros is funded by the Childrens Workforce Development Council and operates a training forum and network, facilitates links with training providers, attends county and regional meetings and supports local organisations with skills and knowledge issues.
